Focus Real Estate & Investments, Inc. focuses on minimizing the problems of association living and maximizing the enjoyment of community living.

Focus Real Estate & Investments, Inc. strongly believes in hands on management. The principals of the firm are involved with each and every association. We specialize in homeowner associations. We only manage PUDs, condominiums, and planned community associations. In this way we are able to provide personal and individual service in a specialized field. We focus on the individual owners’ needs, as well as the needs of the association as a whole, and then integrate these to achieve a harmonious balance.

THE PRINCIPALS

Leslie Cohen is a “CPM” (Certified Property Manager), which is a designation given by the National Institute of Real Estate Management upon completion of prescribed courses and 5 years of management experience. She has been managing property for over 25 years, and specialized in condominium association management in San Francisco. Leslie is a licensed real estate broker and principal of Focus Real Estate & Investments, Inc.

Don Nauman is a licensed real estate broker and principal of Focus Real Estate & Investments, Inc. He has been working in the real estate field for the past seventeen years. In addition, Don holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, a Juris Doctorate Degree, and is licensed to practice law in California. Don has completed advanced studies in negotiation, as well as real estate and corporate law. Don has argued before the US Court of Appeals on several occasions.
